Crosswind - Bobby Capps with Bobby Capps

Crosswind Executive Director Bobby Capps gives us and inside look at a non-profit outreach ministry. The Crosswind approach begins with the conviction that every life is important to God and therefore important to us. Every ministry here begins simply with the needs of each person who comes through our doors. At the same time, our faith is based upon the belief that there is an intimate connection between the spiritual and the physical. It isn™t enough just to point the way to Christ and wish people “all the best.” We must follow the example of Christ and extend a helping hand to each person at his or her point of need.

Community Impact with Nancy May

Community Christian Church has an outreach event 5 times a year called Community Impact. Community Impact provides opportunities for our church congregation to serve the elderly, homeless, foster care agenceies, children & adults with special needs, and we even serve our service members by putting together care packages for our soldiers serving on the front lines. This blog is an accumulation of heartfelt stories from those that have participated in Community Impact.
